What the Site Check-up reviews
Every report covers the same four areas. Checks that do not apply to your platform are identified rather than counted as passed.
A useful score, with context
Your report shows the overall grade alongside the checks behind it. A stronger grade means fewer or less significant issues were found; any grade comes with clear reasons and practical next steps.

Usually within five working days of receiving your website address and any access we've agreed. I'll let you know if anything might take longer.
I can review websites on most platforms, including custom-built sites, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, GoDaddy Website Builder, Shopify and Webflow. Some platforms limit what can be checked, and if so, I'll explain that in your report.
Just your website address and the platform it's built on. If a check needs account access, I'll explain exactly what's needed and why. I'll never ask for your password. Instead, you can invite me as a collaborator or team member, which keeps your account secure.
I'll check everything I can, note when the outage happened and how it affected the review, and arrange a follow-up check with you for anything I couldn't complete.
Of course. The report is yours to share with your developer, or anyone else who helps with your website.
Absolutely. Just reply to your report email and I’ll quote for any one-off fixes. If your website needs regular support, a Care plan may suit you better. Choose an annual plan within 14 days of your report and I’ll credit your £149 towards it.
You can cancel for a full refund any time before the review starts, or receive a 50% refund if you cancel after it starts but before the report is delivered. Once the report is delivered, the work is complete. If anything isn’t clear, I’ll happily talk it through with you.
